Factory shop prices normally include delivery within Cape Town or Gauteng. For other regions in South Africa, we’ll provide a tailored delivery quote before confirming your order.

How to Claim
To make a claim, email orders@myspace.co.za or call 021 691 0020. Please have proof of purchase available (invoice, sales record or card slip). We may inspect the product to determine the best resolution. If repair isn’t possible, we’ll replace the item or supply a comparable product of similar value.
What the Guarantee Covers
Manufacturing defects — including parts, replacement, and labour where applicable. If something doesn’t feel right, tell us promptly so we can resolve it quickly.
